Discounts

As a starting point, discount codes apply to our entire product range. However, there is a small selection of our products where discounts cannot be used. It concerns products from the following collections:

Auctions

There has already been a large price reduction here and therefore we reserve the right not to offer any further discounts on these items.

Payment

Uniq Perler accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, Paypal, ViaBill.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. For pre-order items, the payment is deducted immediately.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Uniq Perler uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Items that have been cut by the meter will not be returned.
On already reduced items, i.e. auction and residual sale goods, the money is not offered back, but a credit certificate is offered in return.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are borne by the customer. Return parcels are not collected at parcel shops.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to email kontakt@uniqperler.com. In the message, your wish to use the right of withdrawal and the order number must be made clear.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store. Cut-off parts, such as the sale of metered goods, are not returned.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Uniq Perler to assess the item's condition.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in manufacturing and material. However, there is no right of complaint for goods with rhinestones, in the event that a stone has fallen out during distribution.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Uniq Perler within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Uniq Perler covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if these have been sent cash on delivery.

Unclaimed parcels in parcel shops.
If we receive an undelivered package, we reserve the right to charge NOK 49 + new postage to send the package off again.

If the package is not to be sent again, NOK 49 will be charged for return postage.
