Order

Can I cancel my order?

As long as an order has not been prepared and completed, you have the right to cancel your order.

If, on the other hand, the order has been prepared and dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you generally have 14 days to cancel your purchase and are within your right to make use of your right of cancellation. If this is the case, we encourage you to contact us by email.

If the order is to be sent back, the postage is paid by the customer. It is up to the individual to decide how the package is sent back. You can use our return portal or find another shipping option yourself.

Refunds will be made as soon as the order is in our warehouse. It can be expected up to 7 days before the refund can be seen in your account.

What if I would like to get in touch with someone from Uniq Perler?

We are always ready to help you and answer any questions you may have! We always strive to respond to every inquiry within a few hours, but you can expect a response time of up to 48 hours.

Inquiries sent on Fridays will be answered the following Monday, but possibly earlier.

Shipping Options and Prices

Denmark:

Our shipping prices are weight-based, which means they can vary depending on the items you purchase and their weight.

Delivery to Parcel Shop
We ship with DAO and Bring to parcel shops. Our shipping prices start from 42 DKK for delivery to parcel shops.

Delivery to Your Door
Packages with home delivery are sent both with DAO and Bring. Shipping prices for home delivery start from 45 DKK.

Free Shipping to Parcel Shop
You get free shipping to parcel shops if your order is over 600 DKK. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible!

Norway:

For delivery to Norway, we use Bring and HeltHjem as our shipping partners. Shipping prices are also weight-based and vary depending on order size and destination.

Delivery to Parcel Shop
We ship with Bring and HeltHjem to parcel shops in Norway. Our shipping prices start from 143 NOK depending on the current exchange rate.

Delivery to Your Door
Packages with home delivery are sent both with Bring and HeltHjem. Shipping prices for home delivery start from 121 NOK depending on the current exchange rate.

Free Shipping to Parcel Shop
You get free shipping to parcel shops in Norway if your order is over 1700 NOK. This makes it even easier to shop with us.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on destination and choice of shipping method. For orders to Denmark, delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. However, most of our customers receive their packages within 1-2 business days after we have processed and packed the order at our warehouse.

For delivery to Norway, delivery time can vary between 1-7 business days depending on the chosen shipping partner and destination. International shipments to other countries depend on the products and destination.

Norway: Bring and HeltHjem

Regardless of which shipping method you choose, you will always receive a Track and Trace number so you can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your home.

Shipping Prices and Free Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. We offer:

Denmark: Free shipping to parcel shops on orders over 600 DKK. If you want private home delivery, this can be added.

Norway: Free shipping to parcel shops on orders over 1700 NOK.

What should I do if I want to return something?

No later than 30 days after Uniq Perler has received your request for cancellation, you will be refunded the value of the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you explicitly request otherwise. Uniq Perler does not refund shipping costs.

Uniq Perler reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or have received documentation that you have returned the goods. You are only liable for any depreciation of the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functions of the goods. If you use the item or it is damaged during shipping, you are liable for the depreciation of the item's value.

Note, if a Mastercard or other foreign credit card was used for the purchase, the refund time may be significantly longer.

Use our Return Portal - Save the fee
We have our own return portal where you can easily return items. We do not generally cover the shipping cost unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Uniq Perler.

Price for return label: 49,-

If a different shipping method than our Return Portal is chosen, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Additionally, we charge a fee of 49,- for processing the order, once it arrives at our warehouse. The fee will be deducted from the customer's order.

Uncollected packages in parcel shops.
If we receive an uncollected package, we reserve the right to charge 49,- + new postage to send the package again.

Uniq Perler is not responsible for any products lost during return shipping.

Items purchased in connection with live auctions cannot be returned.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Refunds and credit certificates - Which items can be returned and which items are refunded?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Cut-off meter goods
  • Used materials, stones, tools and storage where there has been a clear deterioration in the product's quality.

Refunds are not offered on the following items. On the other hand, a credit certificate can be issued for the auction and residual sale items that you wish to return.

Live auctions

What are live auctions?

Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM and Friday at 10 AM we invite you to our live auctions on Facebook and Instagram! It's 1-1.5 hours of cozy atmosphere filled with smiles, great deals, and lots of high spirits and energy from Louisa and Andreas. Everyone is welcome to join – and you can often save up to 60% on selected items!

Mom Pia is behind the fantastic offers, and every week we have new products at introductory prices, which are only available during the live auction.

How do I participate in the live auction?

If you want to join the auction, just write 'yes please' followed by the auction letter, e.g. 'yes please B'. If you want more than one, just write the quantity afterwards, e.g. 'yes please B 2 pcs'.

Note: The reservation is binding, so please delete your comment if you change your mind. If you win, we will send you a link via Messenger or Instagram that leads you to our website. Here your won auctions will already be placed in your cart, and you have the option to add other products before completing the purchase.

Shipping starts from 39 DKK, and we ship with DAO or Bring. For purchases over 600 DKK, you get free shipping in Denmark!

Where can I watch Uniq Perler's live auctions?

We stream live on both Facebook and Instagram. To get a notification when we go live, we recommend that you follow us on both channels.

Alternatively, you can sign up for our Live Auction reminder newsletter under the 'Auctions' tab on the website. If you do, we will send you an email on the days we hold auctions. In these emails, you will get sneak peeks of items that will be shown at that day's auction..

Opening hours for Showroom, Events and Order Pickup

Our premises at Jørgensmindevej currently function as a Showroom where you can experience our universe of beads and stones up close. We are open in connection with special events and arrangements – keep an eye out for announcements about this.

For our business customers, the door is also open. You are very welcome to book an appointment so you can visit the showroom, see and feel the products in real life, and select exactly the tools and materials you need.

You can come by Jørgensmindevej 20, 9270 Klarup, on any day to pick up your order at our warehouse. Below you will find the times when your order can be picked up.
