Terms and Conditions for Uniq Perler

By purchasing via uniqperler.com, you accept the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them thoroughly before purchase.

1. Discounts

As a rule, our discount codes can be used on our entire range, as long as the items are not already discounted.

However, there are certain collections where discount codes cannot be used unless it is specifically stated that a discount is given. This especially applies to the collections “Clearance Sale” and “Auctions”.

If it is not clearly stated that a discount code applies to items in these collections, the discount will not be deducted at purchase.

2. Payment

Uniq Perler accepts the following payment methods:

  • Dankort
  • Visa/Dankort
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • MobilePay Online
  • Visa Electron
  • PayPal
  • ViaBill

Payment will only be charged from your account when the physical item is shipped, or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise specified in your order. For pre-orders, payment is charged immediately.

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Secure payment: Uniq Perler uses a secure payment server where all information is encrypted with SSL protocol, ensuring that your data cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

3. Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased via our webshop, unless otherwise stated in your order.

Note:

  • Cut By-the-Meter Goods cannot be returned.
  • For items bought at auction or in clearance sales, no refunds are given. Instead, a credit note is offered.


The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive your order. Any costs for returning the item are borne by the customer. We do not collect return packages from parcel shops.

Return process:

  • Requests for returns must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after receipt of the item.
  • Returned items must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the return.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must be able to document that the item has been returned on time, e.g., with a receipt or tracking number.

Returns must be made via our return portal, where a return shipping fee of 49 DKK + 20 DKK handling fee applies.

If you wish to return an item without using our return portal, you can cover the shipping costs yourself or drop the item in our mailbox. With this method, a handling fee of 20 DKK still applies.

Returns via this method must be notified to us in advance by email at kontakt@uniqperler.com, where you provide the order number and your return request.

4. Condition of the item upon return

When returning, the item must be in the same condition as when it was sent from our warehouse. If the item has been used or handled in a way that reduces its value, you can only get a partial refund or no refund at all. It is Uniq Perler who assesses the condition of the item upon receipt.

Important:

  • Cut By-the-Meter Goods cannot be returned.
  • If the item has been used beyond what is acceptable, you can only get a partial refund or no refund at all. This is assessed by Uniq Perler.

5. Right to complain

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is a 2-year right to complain on all products. The right to complain covers defects in material and workmanship, but does not cover ordinary wear or defects caused by incorrect use.

Note:

  • For items with rhinestones, no right of complaint is granted if a stone falls out during shipping.
  • Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. Two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
  • Complaints will be void if the product has been mishandled or used in an abnormal way.

Always contact us at kontakt@uniqperler.com before returning an item for a complaint – we will assist you with the next steps and assessment.

Uniq Perler covers reasonable return shipping costs in connection with approved complaints. We do not accept complaints sent cash on delivery.

6. Delivery and transfer of risk

DAO:

When you shop at Uniq Perler and choose DAO as the shipping method, you accept that the package will be delivered without recipient signature. This means that DAO may leave the package at your front door, in your mailbox, or deliver it to the nearest daoSHOP without further signature or personal handover.

By choosing this delivery method, you accept that the risk of the package passes to you as the customer the moment the package is delivered in accordance with DAO's delivery terms.

Bring:

When you choose Bring as the delivery method, you accept that the package may be delivered without a receipt, unless otherwise agreed. By default, Bring uses "Flex Delivery," where the package is placed at your front door, your mailbox, or in a Bring Parcel Shop. You do not need to be home to receive the package, and no signature is required.

We recommend ensuring access conditions to your address if you wish to minimize the risks associated with delivery without a receipt.

7. Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected at the parcel shop and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge 49 DKK for return shipping as well as new shipping costs if the package needs to be sent again.

If you do not want the package resent, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund of the order.

Note: Uncollected packages are not considered as exercising the right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, this must be communicated to us as described under point 3.
