Terms

When returning items, a fee is deducted: 69,- for shipping and handling.

For returns of clearance items, cut By-the-Meter Goods and auctions, a credit note is issued, as refunds are not provided for these types of goods.

If the customer arranges shipping themselves, bypassing our return portal, please include the order number and packing slip with the items.
