As long as an order has not been prepared and processed, you are entitled to cancel your order.

If, however, the order has been prepared and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you generally have 14 days to cancel your purchase and are entitled to make use of your right of withdrawal. If this is the case, we encourage you to contact us by email.

If the order needs to be returned, the postage is paid by the customer. It is up to each individual to decide how the package is sent back. You can use our return portal or find another shipping option yourself.

Refund takes place as soon as the order is at our warehouse. You can expect up to 7 days before the refund appears in your account.

We are always ready to help you and answer any questions you have! We always strive to answer every inquiry within a few hours, but you can expect a response time of up to 48 hours.

Inquiries sent on a Friday will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

We ship with local shipping partners in each country — e.g. DAO and Bring in Denmark, Bring and Helthjem in Norway, Bring and Instabox in Sweden, and DHL and Hermes in Germany. At checkout, you can choose between delivery to a parcel shop and home delivery, where available — including the parcel shop closest to you.

The shipping cost and the threshold for free shipping depend on your country. The current prices are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order — and on each product page under "Delivery & Shipping" you can see the delivery time, shipping costs, and free shipping threshold for your specific country.

If you order several times during the week, you can save on shipping with our Combined Order: select "Add to your Combined Order" at checkout, and we'll combine your purchases and send everything in one shipment.

Delivery time depends on where you live: In Denmark it is typically 1-5 business days, in Norway, Sweden and Germany 2-7 business days, and in other countries 3-10 business days.

You can always see the exact delivery time for your country on the product pages under 'Delivery & Shipping'. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with track & trace, so you can follow the package all the way.

No later than 30 days after Uniq Perler has received your request for cancellation, you will be refunded the value of the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless you expressly request otherwise. Uniq Perler does not refund shipping costs.

Uniq Perler reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items back or have received documentation that you have returned the items. You are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. If you use the item or it is damaged during shipping, you are liable for the item's diminished value.

Please note that if Mastercard or another foreign credit card was used for the purchase, the refund time may be significantly longer.

Use our Return Portal - Save the fee
We have our own return portal where you can easily return items. We do not cover shipping by default, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Uniq Perler.

Price for return label: 49,- kr.

If a shipping method other than our Return Portal is chosen, the customer is liable for the cost price of shipping. In addition, we charge a fee of 49,- kr. for processing the order once it arrives at our warehouse. The fee is deducted from the customer's order.

If we receive an uncollected package, we reserve the right to charge 49,- kr. + new postage, to send the package out again.

Uniq Perler takes no responsibility for any products lost during return shipping.

Items purchased through live auctions CANNOT be returned.

The following items are not accepted for return:

• Cut by-the-meter goods
• Used materials, stones, tools and storage where there has been a clear deterioration in the quality of the item.

No refund is offered on the following items. However, a store credit can be issued for the auction and clearance sale items you wish to return.

Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM and Friday at 10 AM we invite you to our live auctions on Facebook and Instagram! It's 1-1.5 hours of cozy atmosphere filled with smiles, great deals and lots of high spirits and energy from Louisa and Andreas. Everyone is welcome to join – and you can often save up to 60% on selected items!

Mom Pia is behind the fantastic deals, and every week we have new products at introductory prices, which are only available during the live auction.

If you want to join the auction, simply write 'yes please' followed by the auction letter, e.g. 'yes please B'. If you want more than one, just write the quantity afterward, e.g. 'yes please B 2 pcs'.

NOTE: The reservation is binding, so please delete your comment if you change your mind. If you win, we will send you a link via Messenger or Instagram that will take you to our website. Here, your won auctions will already be placed in your cart, and you have the option to add other products before completing your purchase.

Shipping starts from 39 kr., and we ship with DAO or Bring. On purchases over 600 kr., you get free shipping within Denmark!

We stream live on both Facebook and Instagram. To receive a notification when we go live, we recommend that you follow us on both channels.

Alternatively, you can sign up for our Live Auction reminder newsletter under the 'Auctions' tab on the website. If you do, we will send you an email on the days we hold auctions. In these emails, you will get, among other things, sneak peeks of items that will be featured at that day's auction..

Our premises on Jørgensmindevej now function as a Showroom, where you can experience our universe of beads and stones up close. We open our doors in connection with special events – keep an eye out for announcements about this.

For our business customers, our door is also open. You are very welcome to book an appointment so you can come by the showroom, see and feel the products in person, and pick out exactly the tools and materials you need.
