Terms

When returning via our return portal, a fee of 49 kr. is deducted for return shipping.

If you wish to handle the return shipment yourself — or drop off the item in person in our mailbox at Jørgensmindevej 20, 9270 Klarup.

For clearance sale items, cut by-the-meter goods, and auction items, a store credit is issued, as no refund is given on these types of items.

Sending the package back yourself?

If you choose to send the return without using our return portal, it is important that you include the order number and packing slip in the package. Without this information, we cannot process your return correctly.
