TOHO Seed Beads have landed in the shop

One of the biggest pieces of news is that, for the first time, we have become a retailer of the popular TOHO Seed Beads. TOHO is a Japanese brand that, like Miyuki, focuses on high quality and razor-sharp measurements, where the beads are quality-checked throughout the entire production process so they become as uniform as possible.

This also means that you actually get a bit more for your money with TOHO – without compromising on quality.

TOHO and Miyuki are, of course, not quite the same. There is a small size difference, especially around the hole size, which makes the beads stand out from one another. It's worth keeping in mind if you combine them in the same project.

This is due to many things. The thing about sterling silver is that it is a mixed metal, and this means that you will also often experience that your silver jewelry will tarnish and become dark on the surface and lose its shine quietly as time goes by.
This may be due to some unavoidable factors that we expose ourselves and our jewelry to every day.
 
As soon as sterling silver is exposed to the sulfur in the air, the oxidation process starts in the silver metal. It could also be that you are one of those who have a high acid content in the body.
