Shipping

We pack and ship all orders from our warehouse in Denmark — typically within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with track & trace, so you can follow your package all the way.

Delivery and Freight

Delivery time, shipping cost and the free-shipping threshold depend on your country. The current shipping prices are always shown at checkout, and on every product page under 'Delivery & Shipping' you can see the figures for your specific country. For preorders and backordered items, delivery time may be longer — this will be stated on your order.

• Denmark: 1-5 business days with DAO and Bring. Free shipping to a parcel shop on purchases over 499 kr. — otherwise parcel shop from approx. 39 kr. and home delivery from approx. 42 kr.
• Norway: 2-7 business days with Bring and Helthjem. Free home delivery on purchases over 999 NOK — otherwise parcel shop from approx. 169 NOK and home delivery from approx. 145 NOK.
• Sweden: 2-6 business days with Bring and Instabox. Free shipping on purchases over 549 SEK — otherwise parcel shop from approx. 89 SEK and home delivery from approx. 219 SEK.
• Germany: 2-5 business days with DHL and Hermes. Free shipping on purchases over 59 € — otherwise parcel shop from approx. 6.99 € and home delivery from approx. 7.99 €.
• Other countries: 3-10 business days with shipping partners such as DHL, PostNL, Posti, Hermes and Mondial Relay — the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Shipping prices in foreign currency may vary slightly with the exchange rate.

Combine Order

If you order several times during the week, you can combine your orders into a single shipment and save on shipping: select 'Add to your Combined Order' at checkout, and we'll send everything together.
